Delivery Charges
All standard orders over $50 are shipped FREE within Australia. We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for standard orders under $50.
Express orders will be charged at $15.95 for orders up to 3kg and sent via Australia Post.
Whilst we would love to offer our tea to the world we feel that our tea leaves have travelled a sufficient distance to reach Australia. There is a growth of speciality tea retailers globally and we believe that you will be able to find someone like us to offer excellent quality and choice of tea within your domestic market.
Estimated Delivery
We endeavour to deliver all standard Australian orders within 7-10 working days and all express orders within 1-2 working days. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take slightly longer. We use Australia Post as our fulfilment partner.
If there is any reason why we expect your order to be delayed, we will advise by email. If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow this up.
